It' trading above the
50 DMA line;
it's trading above
200 DMA line;
past 4 quarterly
profits are
growing;
past 4 quarters sales
are
growing.
It
would not be wise to
be fully invested in
this market. It's
been a few weeks
since I last wrote
you, but there wasn't
anything to talk
about. The market is
so ho hum and I have
the positions I
wanted.
There
are many other
reasons why I bought
these stocks and some
differ from the
others. I do not list
all the reasons why I
buy a stock because I
would be writing for
a whiile. These are
the important parts
of the decision
making for these
purchases and future
purchases.

MARKET CONDITION

Save
your money because
within the next 2
years when the real
estate market falls
apart you'll be able
to pick up
foreclosures at
pennys on the dollar.
In Australia Real
Estate values have
fallen 16% and that
is May figures, other
countries are falling
or are starting to
fall in value. In
California 60% of new
mortgage loans this
year are interest
only loans. In South
Africa home prices
have risen 23.6% last
year. 19% in Hong
Kong, 15% in Spain,
Palm Beach County,
Florida prices rose
35% last year. 70% of
condo buyers in
Florida are
speculators /
investors and not
residents. 42% of
first time home
buyers and 25% of all
home buyers made NO
DOWN PAYMENT. Those
who have these types
of loans will be
looking for
additional jobs to
cover the mortgage
payments as Greenspan
raises rates and as
the real esate values
fall. Your payments
will rise and your
land value will drop
like a rock. This
means you are screwed
both ways. Most
people who received
loans were only
interested in knowing
if they could make
current monthly
payment at the rate
of the loan they
applied for. Well I
got news for you
folks. When intrests
rates move one whole
point from the rate
of your original loan
you will no longer be
able to pay the
monthly payment at
current working hours
and you will need to
cut back on other
expenes or work more
hours. When interest
rates move another
whole point it'll
take about 8-14
months before your
house is foreclosed.
This real estate boom
is bigger than the
dot com boom and more
countries are
involved this time
around. At the end of
every BOOM is a big
THUD.
